Setting up the WrestlingIQ Kiosk

The WrestlingIQ Kiosk lets you use a computer or tablet to check-in wrestlers to your facility or to a specific practice, no additional hardware needed.

Setting up one or more Kiosks

When logged into your coach account, go to the Kiosk management page (go to Settings -> Team -> Kiosks & Check-in). Select Manage Kiosks.

Create a WrestlingIQ Kiosk by clicking the + New Kiosk button in the top right corner. When naming a Kiosk, we recommend you give it a distinct one. WrestlingIQ keeps track of which device checked the wrestler in, so it's useful to name them well.  Additionally, you will be asked for a 4 digit PIN that will help you access settings and override features on your kiosk

You will then receive a kiosk code that will help you sign in to use the kiosk.

You can also return find the sign in code or edit the kiosk info under the Manage Kiosks page.

Signing into the WrestlingIQ Kiosk

There are two ways you can sign into the WrestlingIQ Kisok:

  1. On a web browser go to kiosk.wrestlingiq.com

Once you have your kiosk sign-in code, go to https://kiosk.wrestlingiq.com on the tablet you'll be using. Enter the code you received from the previous step and the WrestlingIQ Kiosk will launch.

  1. Download the WrestlingIQ Kiosk app on the Apple Store (iPad/iOS only)

Once you have your kiosk sign-in code, download the WrestlingIQ Kiosk app on the iPad you'll be using. Enter the code you received from the previous step and the WrestlingIQ Kiosk will launch.

Learn more about Apple's  Guided Access feature that can be used to limit a device to a single app  so that the kiosk can be locked down when in use.

Stuck between which you should use? The biggest difference between using the kiosk on the web vs the app is the ability check athletes in by scanning their WIQ ID cards.

To allow athletes to quickly check themselves in by scanning their WrestlingIQ ID card, use the WrestlingIQ Kiosk App.

At this point, you are ready to use the WrestlingIQ Kiosk. Your WrestlingIQ Kiosk will remain logged in until you sign out.
