Registration Specific Signed Documents

Registration specific documents are great for waivers or forms that only apply to certain programs, such as camp rules or travel team agreements.

1. Create a signed document or liability form with specific registration settings.

Learn more about creating a new document here. The most important setting to pay attention to when creating a registration specific document is 'When should this document be used?'. Under this setting select 'Only use on specific registrations'. This setting will mean that the document is only signed during registrations where it has been selected to apply to.

2. Add the document to the desired registration

When creating a new registration, or under the current registration settings, navigate to the Additional Settings drop down. Under the Additional Settings there will be a setting called 'Which documents must registrants sign?'. Select 'Pick specific documents' and select any documents for parents to sign when filling out this registration.
