You can edit your organizations USA Wrestling settings on this page. We recommend choosing the 'Invisible' option, which will show USA Wrestling Card information on wrestler records, but won't ask the parent/wrestler for USA Wrestling Card Info during registration.
How to bulk buy cards and then import the data to WrestlingIQ
When you are ready to purchase cards through USA Wrestling, go to the Reports section in WrestlingIQ and run the 'USA Wrestling System Export' report. Download that CSV and upload it to USAW's bulk buy system.
Once you have purchased the cards, export the data from USAW and run an import into WrestlingIQ.
Once imported, you will see USAW Card number on wrestler records and on the wrestler's WIQ ID Card.
Using the Kiosk to alert for USA Wrestling Card Issues
If you are using the WrestlingIQ Kiosk with the invisible setting, it will alert you if a child is checking in that does not have a USAW Card on file. This is a great way to ensure all of your kids are covered by insurance at check-in time.
