Linking rosters to calendar events

When creating, or editing, an event on the calendar you have the option of linking rosters to the event. Doing so will help you later on with attendance and event invites.

Roster filters automatically apply while taking attendance—via the roll call style attendance available to coaches or through the WrestlingIQ Kiosk—making it easy to check wrestlers in quickly.

In addition to attendance filters, sending event invites will now also have a shortcut to only send it to the linked rosters (more details here):

Targeted notifications on event change

If you change the event details (e.g. practice cancelled) and if rosters linked to your event, WrestlingIQ will allow you to target those rosters specifically so only the people who need to know receive the updates.
