How to send an invoice

WrestlingIQ allows you to send one off invoices to collect payment for any one-off expenses that comes up during the season. 

Head on over to the invoices page, then click '+ Invoice' in the top right. Fill out the invoice as needed:

Once you send the invoice, an email will be sent to the recipient with a link for them to complete payment online. In the meantime, you have several options if you need to follow up with them manually including viewing the items, viewing the payment page, or downloading the pdf version of the invoice for your records.

When the invoice is paid, it will automatically reconcile in WrestlingIQ.
