Automatic welcome emails are a quick and easy way to get information out to parents and minimize questions to your inbox!


Creating an automatic welcome email for when parents register their kids is an easy way to deliver basic information. Having this information on hand will allow members of your team to easily reference it whenever they need before they step into your facility. The automatic welcome email is sent directly to parents after they complete the registration.


What to consider including in a welcome email

  • Any important club rules/policy
    • ex. drop off policy
  • Address & directions
  • What the wrestlers should bring
  • What parents should expect (i.e. are they allowed in the room, can they stay for practice, etc.)
  • How to communicate with coaches/administrators if needed
  • Any other information they will need to be successful member of your club

Creating/Editing your automated welcome email

When creating a registration there is a section called 'Welcome email'. Fill that section out with the information you want to send automatically when someone finishes registering.
