Sending messages to people registered for a specific paid session

When you create a paid session, WrestlingIQ will ask you if you want to also create a roster that syncs registrants. Make sure that remains checked and after you create the registration or membership, you will have:

• A roster, with the same name as your paid session, that will automatically add wrestlers to it when they pay
• A messaging group, synced to that roster, which will automatically add wrestlers to it when they get added to the roster (i.e. pay)

Parents will also be automatically added to the group when their wrestlers is added to that roster. If you have kids outside the normal registration process who you still want to receive messages, just add them to the roster, which will automatically add them and their parents to the group
