Creating Coach/Staff Training Materials

By using the 'coach only' setting in Documents, teams can create resources to be used among staff. This can be used for resources such as front desk staff training, coach training, staff guidelines, or other SOP documents.


1. Create a new document

In the Documents tab, create a new Reference Document.

In this document, the important setting is 'Visibility'. You will want to make sure this is set to 'Coaches only':


2. How coaches can view the documents

Anyone with a coach account (Admin or Assistant) will now be able to view the documents within their Documents tab. These documents will be labeled at 'Coaches only' within the Team Documents Section.
