Adding Opponents to Matches

Below are suggestions for adding opponents into matches on the WrestlingIQ app.

For Tournaments:

Manager/coach/parent preloads matches into the WrestlingIQ Video Manager on the app. Since tournaments are bracketed it is easy to find the opponent and set up the match

OR

If the opponent is unknown, create a match, record vs. ‘unknown’ and then immediately after the completion of the match add the name of the opponent before upload.

OR

If the opponent is unknown, create a match, record vs. ‘unknown’, upload the match and then later return to the match and add the name of the opponent.

Dual team:

Sometimes in duals there is uncertainty in who the opponent will be. The most efficient way to work for duals will be to create matches with your lineup vs 'unknown' opponents. At the end of the dual, before uploading, go back and enter in all opponents for the dual.
