How to Set Up a Vacation Mode Auto-Response

When vacation mode is enabled, the system automatically sends your custom vacation message to anyone who sends you a message for the first time during your absence. This works similarly to email auto-responders.

Setting Up Vacation Mode

Go to Roster -> Coaches and select your profile.

Select 'Edit' next to your name.

Check the "Vacation mode enabled?" checkbox. Add your custom vacation message and save at the bottom of the screen.

Auto-Response Information:

• Vacation responses are always sent as private direct messages, never as replies within group conversations. This keeps your vacation status private and prevents cluttering team discussions.
• Each person who messages you will receive your vacation response once, regardless of how many different conversations or message groups they contact you in.
• After someone receives your vacation response, they won't receive another one for 3 days, preventing spam.

Turning Off Vacation Mode

Simply disable the "Vacation Mode" toggle in your profile settings when you return. The system will stop sending automatic responses immediately.
