When Do Payouts Occur?

Payouts happen automatically on a rolling 48 hour basis. As soon as the card transactions settle (usually 24 hours) an ACH payout is initiated and sent to the team bank account. There is no need to do anything to initiate payouts.


To see details for an individual payout, navigate to the Payouts tab under Payments. Beside an individual payout there will be the option to view details which will include charges, WIQ fees, processing fees, refunds, and more:

Under this page you will see all relevant details pertaining to the payout that you are viewing.

Note: The WrestlingIQ fees and processing fees will be deducted before the payout to your bank account occurs (so you are never actually ‘charged’ any money by WIQ). The payout total reflects the amount going to your account after fees are subtracted.
