Creating bag tags for WIQ ID cards
Customized ID cards are one way that athletes can scan into practice using the WrestlingIQ Kiosk.
NOTE: This article is based on the process used by one of our WrestlingIQ teams, Levici Prep. There are many ways that bag tags could be created. This article is a suggestion guide for any team interested in creating similar products.

This is a suggestion for a process that could be used to create the ID cards:
Note: The process does not have to be this tedious. This is a suggestion for creating tags that were intended to dually serve as a marketing tool through visuals.
- Design custom format on Canva (or another design tool) for front and back of bag tag leaving an open slot for the QR code.
- Tip: Use a mostly white card with branding colors in the design to limit the amount of ink used on each card.
- Download the WIQ ID card for each wrestler,
- Crop the QR code and upload to canva. Add the correct name for the associated wrestler.
- Export canva file as a png.
- Insert png to 'Blank Portrait Card' template downloaded from Magicard.
- Print card (front and back images attached). It takes probably ~20 seconds per side to print
- Punch hole and add strap.
