What are global sibling discounts?

Under Full Season and Camp/Clinic registration types, you will see a check box within the settings to exclude the registration from global sibling discounts.

Global sibling discounts are given when a kid registering for this session has a sibling who has registered for a different session that is happening at the same time. When creating the registration, there is an option to offer a sibling discount (see below). With the global sibling discount in use, the sibling discount will apply if there is another sibling registered for any other active registration.

The global sibling discount also applies if multiple siblings register for the same paid session.

Why exclude the global sibling discount?

In some situations you may not want sessions to count towards this calculation. In most cases this box should remain unchecked.
