Failed Payments on Private Lessons

What happens when you receive a failed payment alert within private lessons?

Below is an example of what a failed payment for a private lesson charge within the system will look like:

At checkout time the coach will receive a notification as to who’s card has failed. When this happens, WIQ will automatically send out an email to the parent with a link asking them to update their card on file:


Once the parent updates their card, WIQ will auto-charge them for the overdue lesson.

If you are a coach in this situation - tell the parent to check their email, update their card, and the system will take care of the rest!
