Cancelling Private Lessons (Admin)
Who can cancel lessons?
- Admin coaches can cancel anyone’s lessons
- Assistant coaches can cancel their own
- Parents & wrestlers can cancel their own booking.
There are currently no time frame limits to cancelations within the WrestlingIQ software. This is because we anticipate different cancellation policies that vary by team.
In the case of a cancellation, coaches still have the ability to charge the card on file. It is recommended that each team creates a cancellation policy that is stored in the documents section of the WIQ software.
This is the message that will display during each booking that a parent makes:
Cancelling Private Lessons: Admin
To cancel a private lesson as an admin, navigate to the Private Lessons sub tab under Payments. Use the calendar to find the specific private lesson that you want to cancel.
Tip: You can filter the calendar by coach and modify the display times on the left side of this screen.
Select 'Cancel Lesson'
In order to cancel the lesson there is a required field for the reason of cancelation that will be sent out to all participating members.
