Should you only accept credit/debit cards? Or should you accept cash as well?

In most cases, the recommended choice is to only accept payments via credit/debit card via WrestlingIQ. 

There are many accounting reasons for this, mainly auditability. When all payments go through WrestlingIQ ensuring your books are square at the end of the quarter or year is a lot easier than if you have cash/checks to reconcile too. 

The other reason is that it saves you time as a coach or admin. You no longer have to go to the bank, show the appropriate documentation and deposit the money. 

Ultimately the choice is yours, WrestlingIQ does offer cash/check payment options when setting up your paid sessions; however, if you can we recommend you accept credit/debit cards only.
