Offering insurance to registrants (cancellation and gap medical coverage)

You must be using WrestlingIQ Payments in order to offer insurance to your registrants. If you are still using our old payment processing partner (Stripe), please email us at support@wrestlingiq.com to be able to offer insurance.

How do I turn on insurance for my registrations?

Next time you setup a session in WrestlingIQ, make sure you check the box to offer insurance:


Example no refund policy

If your club has a no refund policy, we strongly recommend giving your parents the opportunity to purchase insurance. It moves the decision onto their plate without you holding the bag (and lost revenue) in case something happens.


Here is an example no refund policy you can add to WrestlingIQ documents as a form requiring signature.
