How to cancel an upcoming installment payment

Please note that cancelling upcoming invoices can only be done by coaches or admins. If you are a parent, please contact your coach to get the payment cancelled.

If you use installments to accept payments for your registrations, you will sometimes need to cancel an upcoming payment. 

As a coach or admin, navigate to your paid sessions and then click on the name of the paid session for the registration in question. On the next page you will see a list of everyone who has registered. Find the parent/wrestler in question, then click the little '...' on the side of the card:

Then click 'Void next invoice...':

Finally, confirm that you do indeed want to void the invoice:

Voiding the invoice will remove that upcoming payment from automatic bill collection.
