How do I refund a payment?
Admins only
Only admins on your team can issue refunds. Assistant coaches or parents will need to request a refund by messaging them.
Step 1: Find the parent record
Navigate to the parent who should be refunded by searching for them, or clicking their name on your registration / membership list.
Step 2: Head to the payments tab
On the parent record, tap the 'Payments' tab to reveal the payments made by this parent to the club.
Step 3: Tap the Refund... button
Enter in the amount to refund, along with the reason. Once you refund the payment WrestlingIQ will generate a receipt and email it to the parent.
