How do I refund a payment?

Admins only

Only admins on your team can issue refunds. Assistant coaches or parents will need to request a refund by messaging them.

Step 1: Find the payment record

There are two ways to do this.

  1. Navigate to the parent who should be refunded by searching for them or locating them through the roster.
  2. Navigate to the 'Financial Feed' at the bottom of the page under 'Payments' -> 'Dashboard'

Step 2: Select refund on the correct payment

  1. Under the parent profile - select the 'Payments' tab and locate the correct payment.

  1. Under the Financial Feed - locate the correct payment.

Step 3: Process refund

Enter in the amount to refund, along with the reason. Once you refund the payment WrestlingIQ will generate a receipt and email it to the parent.

Viewing refunds & receipts after they are processed

  1. View receipts under the parents profile.

  1. View receipts under the Financial Feed.
