How to Self Pause a Subscription

Before pausing your subscription, be sure to read your teams pause policies and understand the expectations of the pause as applicable. You can pause your subscription by opening a browser (ex: Safari/Chrome), log into WrestlingIQ, and go to your payments page.

Select 'view subscription' on the subscription you would like to pause

Choose 'Pause payments' on this subscription page. Once confirmed your coaches and you will receive an email confirming the subscription pause.
