How to Book a Private Lesson in the WIQ App

Note: In order to book a private lesson through WrestlingIQ you will need to be associated with a team and have a WrestlingIQ account. Reach out to the coach/club to learn more about how to join the team, fill out required team information, and sign liability forms.

The easiest way to book and manage private lessons is through the WrestlingIQ app. You can download the WrestlingIQ app on the app store or google play and log in using the information from when you created your account.

Step 1: Download the app and log into your WrestlingIQ account

Your log in information will be set when you run through a registration with your team.

Step 2: Navigate to the calendar and select the whistle icon (private lesson icon).

Step 3: Select '+ Book a Private Lesson'

Step 4: Select the Desired Coach to Book a Lesson With

Step 5: Select an Available Day & Time for the Private Lesson

Step 6: Confirm your Booking

Here you will choose the Lesson Type and wrestler that you want signed up for the lesson.

Finally, you will be asked to double check the card on file. Note that the card on file will be auto charged after the completion of the lesson unless there is a cash agreement between parents and the coach

After the Completion of the Private Lesson

When the private lesson is complete, the coach will charge the card on file for the lesson. They will also have the option to leave notes on the lesson that will be direct messaged to the parent when payment is collected.
